***IMPORTANT UPDATE ON SHIPPING & DELIVERY***

Australian Postage:

Our third party shipping companies Australia Post and Gologistics are continuously working on getting all shipments delivered to our customers on time. However, given COVID-19 backlogs, potential delays on delivery can be expected and the standard shipping timeline imposed by the shipping companies may take longer than the usual.

International Postage:

In light of the COVID-19 event, a high level of restriction is imposed in most countries, affecting the number of flights going to and from those countries. With this, expect international shipping to take longer than usual to be cleared by customs as hair extensions, and hair extensions accessories are not considered essential products.

We highly recommend that you place an order if you are willing to wait, as once the order is processed, we do not have any controls on delays and its factors. Orders affected by the suspension of shipping or delay will not be eligible for a refund, unless: (1) Your order was not completed and handed over to the courier by our fulfillment team on time. (2) If the item is out of stock and alternative products are not fitting.

Australian Postage:

We want our customers to receive their product as fast as possible. Depending on what time in the day you order will determine when your item will be shipped. If you order early in the day you hair will probably be posted on the same day if not it will be posted the following day excluding weekends and holidays. The only reason this won’t happen is if we are out of stock and if we are we will notify you ASAP giving you an estimated delivery time and also offer you a refund. Depending on where you live most orders will be received within 1-4 business days.

We use Australia Post and 99% of our items are sent via express which is reliable, trackable and insured. We also personally pay for the insurance of your quality hair extensions to protect your purchase. Delivery is free Australia wide.

International Postage:

We want our customers to receive their product as fast as possible. Depending on what time in the day you order will determine when your item will be shipped. If you order early in the day (EST) your hair will probably be posted on the same day if not it will be posted the following day excluding weekends and holidays. The only reason this won’t happen is if we are out of stock and if we are we will notify you ASAP giving you an estimated delivery time and also offer you a refund. Depending on where you live in the world most orders will be received within 7-14 business days.

We exclusively ship via Australia Post which is reliable and also an insured delivery. Once your item exits Australia it cannot be tracked so therefore we cannot give an expected arrival date, be held accountable for lost packages or delayed shipping. We always do absolutely everything possible to make sure everything goes to plan but unfortunately, we do not have control over Australia Post or your local shipping carrier when your item enters your country.

We will not be held responsible for payment of customs fees when the item enters your country this is the buyer's responsibility. When we fill out the customs form your order will be marked as merchandise.
