If you don’t know how to install it properly, I’ve got you covered .Here’s how to put in clip in hair extensions the right way!
Materials that we are going to need are as follows:
- Clip-in extensions
- Tail comb
- Hair clamp
Brush both your natural hair and your clip-in extensions to untangle hair before attaching them onto your head.
Part hair the way you normally do. Starting from your nape separate thin section of hair and clamp the top section. You can now apply the first extensions by unclasping the clips and positioning them as near as you can on your scalp. Release the hair clamp and bring down the hair.
Now work your way up and separate another thin layer of hair just an inch or two above the first. Pin the top section with a hair clamp and apply the extensions by inserting the clips one by one, positioning it close to the scalp.
Continue working upwards until you have placed all the hair on your head. Follow the image above to guide you where it should be positioned.
Separate hair horizontally at the side of your head just an inch above your ear and clip the top portion. Now you can attach the 2 smaller pieces at both your left and right side. Then cover it with the remaining hair above that lower section.
Finger comb your hair to blend the extensions with your own natural hair. And viola! You have now transformed.
